I love your bootcamp. I agree with you regarding the intensity of workouts. I was a person who walked everyday after work for 2 miles and my body didn’t drop much weight. It was not until I started doing 45 minutes of kickboxing led by an instructor that I started to drop pounds. The intensity of the kickboxing classes was very high and left each class dripping in sweat. Within the first 2 weeks, I saw my body change. That’s why I love bootcamp because the workouts are intense. Thanks Michael!
